95% of all orders placed before 5pm M-F are shipped out the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays.

USPS Priority Mail is generally the quickest and cheapest shipping method.

*ALL Express Overnight Deliveries must be confirmed by phone or e-mail. Please call 310-259-3907 or email sales@blacklava.net. We need to make sure that we have the item in stock and if we'll be able to ship out the item in time.

The shipping cost will be dependant on the destination and weight of the package. We have opted not to add handling fees in order to get blacklava products to you in the cheapest way possible.

Signature Confirmation will be added to all orders above $50. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the shipping address you provide. If the package is returned to us because the addressee did not claim package, we will reimburse you for the items but not the shipping charges.

If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will place this item on backorder until stock arrives.

Backorders are generally filled within 1 to 3 weeks. Certain items may take up to 6 weeks.

All backorders will ship once stock is replenished unless you cancel your order. You may contact us at sales@blacklava.net.

If you'd like to know if we have a particular item in stock, feel free to e-mail sales@blacklava.net with the t-shirt description, color, and size. We'll be happy to check for you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money orders, and Personal Checks.

Once the check or money order clears, the order will be shipped.

Any defective merchandise, purchased from blackalva.net, will be replaced at no charge.

We will pay the return shipping for the defective item as well as the shipping charges for the replacement item.

Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.

Any non-defective merchandise, purchased from blacklava.net, maybe returned within 14 days.

Please be aware that postage on non-defective returns are your responsibility. Blacklava.net does not reimburse for shipping and handling on non-defective returns.

Merchandise purchased at blacklava.net may be exchanged within 14 days as long as the items returned are in the original, unused condition.
